High-Rise Housing Spartakovská

The urban structure of the proposal is based on the principle of naturally connecting the scale of the landscape with the urban environment. The composition consists of four residential building volumes that establish a clear urban order while creating spaces between them for the landscape to flow through. The landscape “flows” between the buildings and gradually transforms from a natural, open character into a more cultivated, urban expression.

The street corner is accentuated by a high-rise landmark - a tower that serves as an orientation point and visually anchors the entire structure. The project responds to its location in Trnava, directly adjacent to the city centre, creating a gradual transition between the compact urban fabric and a more open, landscape-oriented structure.
